1. Counselor in the Ross/Asia Mathematics program 2019.
The Ross Program is a five to six week residential summer math program for high school students, primarily focused on algebra and number theory, – where students are immersed in the process of mathematical discovery via problem–solving. As a Counselor, I mentored the students, helped develop their problem–solving ability and provided detailed feedback on their work. We also discussed interesting research problems, and I gave several informal lectures introducing a variety of undergraduate and graduate–level math topics. <p>
Received the “Exemplary Counselor Award” which is given to a selected number of Counselors “in recognition of outstanding work at the Ross/Asia Mathematics Program”.
